アジアeSIMについて



アジア向けeSIMは、携帯電話のSIMカードを物理的に交換することなく、4～50GB（選択したプランによって異なります）のデータ通信を提供します。

eSIMプランは30日間有効で、以下のアジア12か国でご利用いただけます。eSIMプランでは、データ通信に加えて、英国の携帯電話番号への無料着信通話もご利用いただけます。

必要なのはeSIM対応の携帯電話だけです。eSIMを購入するには、こちらで取引を完了するだけで、携帯電話へのインストール手順が記載されたeSIM QRコードがメールで送信されます。

インストールが完了すると、すぐにアジアでeSIMのデータ通信を開始できます。eSIMの有効期限は、アジアでの使用を開始した日から開始されます。

「モバイル通信」を開く

iPhoneの「設定」を開き、「モバイル通信」をタップします。

eSIMを追加

「eSIMを追加」をタップして、新しいeSIMプロファイルを設定します。

QRコードを用意

ETravelSimから届いたQRコード付きのメールを開きます。

QRコードを読み取る

iPhoneのカメラでQRコードを読み取ると、eSIMが自動で設定されます。

eSIMの有効化方法は？

ご購入後、QRコードがメールで届きます。スマホのカメラで読み取ると、eSIMが端末にインストールされます。eSIMは目的地で初めてネットワークに接続した時点で有効になり、プランの有効期間もそこから始まるため、出発前にインストールしておけます。

データ残量を確認するには？

eSIMの購入時に使用したメールアドレスでマイアカウントにログインし、注文の横にある「残量を確認」（View Balance）をクリックしてください。注文番号を添えてsupport@etravelsim.comにメールでお問い合わせいただくこともできます。

プランをチャージ（追加購入）するには？

多くのプランはチャージページから追加購入できます。お使いのプランがそこに表示されない場合は、注文番号を添えてsupport@etravelsim.comまでメールでお問い合わせください。

書類の提出は必要ですか？

いいえ、不要です。ただし、お客様を不正利用から守るため、決済システムが不審と判断した取引については本人確認をお願いする場合があります。

その場合は、政府発行の身分証明書やパスポートなど有効な本人確認書類のご提出をお願いすることがあります。個人情報はプライバシーポリシーに従い安全に取り扱います。ご不便をおかけしますが、サービスの安全性を保つために必要な手続きです。ご質問はsupport@etravelsim.comまでお問い合わせください。

無制限プランでテザリング（ホットスポット）は使えますか？

無制限プランは1台の端末での利用を前提としており、テザリング（ホットスポット）には対応していません。テザリングが必要な場合は、テザリング可能なデータ容量プランをお選びください。ご不明な点はサポートチームまでお気軽にお問い合わせください。

iPhoneにeSIMをインストールする方法は？

QRコードはご購入後すぐにメールで届きます。出発前に、Wi-Fiに接続した状態でインストールしてください。

  1. 設定 → モバイル通信 → eSIMを追加の順に開きます。
  2. 「QRコードを使用」をタップし、メールに記載されたQRコードを読み取ります。読み取れない場合は「詳細情報を手動で入力」をタップし、同じメールに記載されたSM-DP+アドレスとアクティベーションコードを入力します。
  3. 新しい回線に名前（例：「旅行」）を付け、通話とSMSには普段のSIMを主回線として残します。
  4. 現地に到着したら、モバイルデータ通信に海外 eSIMを選択します。プランで必要な場合は、その回線のデータローミングをオンにしてください。

Buying the eSIM and downloading it into mobile device worked outside the country where I need the eSIM.
If eSIM Activation (inside the mobile device) works at the distination countries - Malaysia + Japan - I yet have to find out.
My touch down is tomorrow.

I bought the eSIM for my trip to the Philippines and Indonesia. I didn't always have a good connection in Manila. On Bali the connection was perfect. I will also go to Japan and Australia and see what happens there. If things are going so well there, then I can only recommend the eSIM
