Will the eSIM work in Bosnia, Montenegro, Croatia, North Macedonia, or Hungary?

The ETravelSim Serbia eSIM is for Serbia only, so data stops the moment you cross into Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, or Hungary. Balkans circuit trips — Belgrade → Sarajevo → Mostar → Kotor → Tirana — are common, as are Belgrade-to-Budapest weekend trips. For multi-country Balkan or European travel, ETravelSim sells a Europe eSIM covering 35+ countries on a single plan including Serbia, Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, and other Balkan destinations. If anything goes wrong with activation, contact support 24/7 via WhatsApp at +65 9236 1258, the on-site chat, or support@etravelsim.com with your order number.

Returning customer

Last year I bought eTravel SIM card for Serbia and I was satisfied with the service. This year I need to travel to Serbia again and I decided to use the same eSIM provider. The card can be activated and used in Bulgaria. Be aware that if it does not work at first, it is necessary to restart the phone (at least this is how it works in my case).

Thank you for returning, Lyubomir! We're thrilled you chose us again for your trip to Serbia. Your tip about restarting the phone for activation is helpful—thanks for sharing! Safe travels, and we look forward to serving you again!

It was easy with the S22.

For a one-day experience, it is easy to manage QR codes. But Serbia sim gives 7.5mb/s download speed in the city center

Dear Emre

Works as Expected

Registration and Activation was smooth and as expected. It would be a good improvement to also include the full manual activation code in the email sent. Usually it's a combination of the sm-dp address and the activation code. This would increase the ease of use if you buy the esim from you mobile you then won't need another device where you scan the QR code but would just enter the code manually on the same device

Dear Christopher Isidora,

Thank you for reviewing our Serbia eSIM, and we greatly appreciate your feedback.

We're pleased to hear that the registration and activation process went smoothly and met your expectations. Your suggestion regarding including the full manual activation code in the email is valuable. We understand how this improvement could enhance the convenience for our customers, especially when purchasing the eSIM from a mobile device.

Your input is important to us, and we will consider this for future enhancements. If you have any further comments or questions, please feel free to reach out. We're here to assist you with your connectivity needs.
