يصل رمز QR فور الطلب إلى بريدك الإلكتروني، ومعه دليل التثبيت وعنوان SM-DP+ ورمز التفعيل. بعد تثبيت الشريحة تصبح جاهزًا للاستخدام.

كيفية تفعيل eSim؟

بعد الشراء ستصلك رسالة بريد إلكتروني تحتوي على رمز QR. امسحه بكاميرا هاتفك لتثبيت شريحة eSIM على جهازك. تُفعَّل الشريحة، وتبدأ صلاحية باقتك، عند أول اتصال بشبكة في وجهتك، لذا يمكنك تثبيتها قبل السفر.

كيف أتحقق من رصيد باقتي؟

سجّل الدخول إلى حسابي بالبريد الإلكتروني الذي اشتريت به الشريحة، ثم اضغط «عرض الرصيد» بجانب طلبك. يمكنك أيضًا مراسلة support@etravelsim.com مع رقم طلبك.

كيف أعيد شحن باقة البيانات؟

يمكن إعادة شحن كثير من الباقات من صفحة إعادة الشحن. إذا لم تجد إعادة شحن لباقتك هناك، راسلنا على support@etravelsim.com مع رقم طلبك وسنساعدك.

كيف أثبّت شريحة eSIM على الآيفون؟

يصلك رمز QR عبر البريد الإلكتروني فور الشراء. ثبّت الشريحة قبل السفر أثناء الاتصال بشبكة Wi-Fi:

  1. افتح الإعدادات ← الخلوي ← إضافة eSIM.
  2. اضغط «استخدام رمز QR» وامسح الرمز من بريدك. إذا تعذّر المسح، اضغط «إدخال التفاصيل يدويًا» واكتب عنوان SM-DP+ ورمز التفعيل من البريد نفسه.
  3. سمِّ الخط الجديد (مثلًا «سفر») واحتفظ بشريحتك الأساسية خطًا رئيسيًا للمكالمات والرسائل النصية.
  4. عند الوصول، اختر شريحة eSIM للسفر لبيانات الجوال. فعّل تجوال البيانات لهذا الخط إذا كانت باقتك تتطلب ذلك.
